Big news – Secure ITAD Limited has acquired a new shredder!

Today we took delivery of our new toy and we are all very excited! Shredding HDD’s, tapes, SSD’s and tablets isn’t new to us and we have shredded hundreds of thousands of devices from hundreds of happy clients over the past few years with our in-house and mobile shredder.

Today marks the start of a new chapter in our story as we scale up and invest in our future. With this machine, we will be able to achieve great things – here are some interesting stats!

Weight – 2.8T

Power Requirements – 400v, 100a

Shred Size – 19mm or 9mm

Throughput – 1200 x 3.5” HDD’s per hour

Available for use – Q3 2020

We really are very excited to be able to invest in a machine like this and it should chew through drives much quicker than our current, smaller machine does.
